Return Policy

Exchanges only (no refunds)



Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, and is valid for exchanges only.  We do not offer refunds. If 30 days pass from date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To make an exchange, please send us an email at info@smokeshowlabs.com or contact your account manager directly for assistance. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed. Smoke Show Labs will reject an exchange if either of these conditions are not met. The product being exchanged must be received by our office before any replacements will be sent out.


To complete your exchange, we require a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase in our system.


Damaged or Missing Products/Order:


In the event that you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, incorrect flavors, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and email them along with a brief description of the problem to info@smokeshowlabs.com or directly to your account manager for assistance.


Sale items (if applicable)


Sale items will be exchanged for the purchase price paid at the time of the sale.  If there were any BOGOs included in the order, they must be returned as well in order to receive credit for exchange.


Shipping


To exchange your product, the Smoke Show Labs team will coordinate a prepaid label and exchange instructions.
